Q: Where is Hardware watchdog, Self-diagnostic, Auto-recover feature?
A: Hardware watchdog is running in the backend, user cannot see it. You can check the hardware on the circuit board though. Hardware watchdog, Self-diagnostic, Auto-recover are running backend to ensure the system will be 24/7 hours running Unattended.
Q: Do you have IP67 router?
A: By default, it is IP30. We can use IP67 enclosure for the router.
Q: Does the router water/dust proof?
A: Z1:IP65 (IP66 with waterproof suite), the other routers: IP30, If you need to support IP65 or higher, it can be achieved. We can provide waterproof shell to replace the current iron shell.
Q: Why some features in the web page indicate with "undefined"?
A: 1. Please press Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page, then try again.
2. Clear the browser cach and try again.
Q: How to remotely restart the device on the management platform?
A: Log in to the wedora management platform page, check the device to be restarted in the DEVICE menu bar, and then click reboot, after selecting the restart time, click the Restart button.
Q: How to remotely upgrade equipment on the equipment management platform?
A: Log in to the wedora management platform page, check the device to be upgraded in the DEVICE menu bar, then click Upgrade, select the corresponding upgrade file, and click the Upgrade button.
Q: The router connects to the platform successfully, but the platform cannot find the device, what should I do?
A: Log in to the wedora management platform page, click the Not import device menu on the top of the page in the DEVICE menu bar, search for the device.
Q: How can the router connect to the platform for the first time?
A: Log in to the router configuration interface, enter the Applications → M2M page, enable the M2M function and configure the IP address and port of the server, and check the M2M connection status after ensuring that the router can access the Internet normally.
Q: How to remotely modify and configure device parameters?
A: Log in to the wedora management platform page, check the device to be configured in the DEVICE menu bar, and then click Param → Config, and then perform parameter configuration and delivery on the Senior interface.
Q: How to connect the router to the management platform?
